| As our hosts the South Coast Restoration Society predicted, after a 5 year interruption visitors were down in numbers. In my opinion, it was still worthwhile attending with the most notable absence was of any of the car clubs and other things such as the bullock wagon, animal farms for young folks and things like the ice cream van and coffee van. And of course the Centurion tank. That said, there was still plenty to see and a number of changes. The members personal sheds along the top road have virtually all gone and been replaced throughout with newer three bay sheds. |
