| Scotland; North Sea front at Durness, on our walk to Smoo Caves. Some of the very hardy highland sheep. They are produced for meat only; their wool is very thick and shaggy and falls off in clumps in summer, ready for new growth to protect them during next winter. They also don't dock their tails. |  |
